Track Driving provides the opportunity to enjoy your car without fear of the bogie man getting to your license. At the same time there are other restrictions concerning your safety and that of others.

A safe introduction to Track Day driving is a sensible way of ensuring that you have a sound foundation from which to work and will ensure that you have all the appropriate track day etiquette.
“Successful driving is about managing the vehicle, the environment, and yourself.”
Coaching is a valuable resource which can improve your performance on Track Days. We prefer that people have already attended at least our "Fundamentals of Car Control" course before we join them as "coach" on a track day. – It’s far less frightening for us!

Driving on track is different from driving on the road, the lines through corners are very different, the speeds much higher and there is generally no opposing traffic. The optimal line through a corner is crucial to success. The great thing about track driving is the facility for you to do it all again and again, optimising your lines as you practise what works best.
“Driving fast on track is all about going slow enough.”
Car control and personal state management are the key to successful driving anywhere. On track they play an important role, especially when the margins are close and doing the right thing is important.
If you would like to be accompanied to a track day or if you want to make up a group for an “introduction to track driving” please send an email to or use the contact form from the right hand menu.
We generally charge a flat day-rate plus expenses for our track-day coaching service. Most track day organisers recognise the coach as a non-fee paying driver. (Prices on application.)
